Of course it does or YHWH would Not Included it in HIS Instructions. Even though Christians will continue to call SUN-day their Sabbath Day they are wrong. You can’t change the words of YHWH to fit what you want or think should be. His Word is clear. Does it matter which day you call your Sabbath? What does Scripture say? Does YHWH care when we worship Him, as long as we do worship Him? Most so called Christians just accept whatever their parents or church taught them as tradition. I did, too until the Truth was revealed. I questioned when I was very young (it just didn’t set right in my spirit). “Why do we keep Sunday, when the third commandment in the Bible teaches us to keep the Sabbath, the seventh day?” It wasn’t long before I began to realize that I was getting answers that were simply lies and made up answers by Man. It wasn’t until much latter when I began my search for the Truth that I finally found the answer. We are commanded to keep the seventh; but we are nowhere commanded to keep the first day…. The reason they keep the first day of the week instead of the seventh is for the same reason that they observe many other things that are not commanded by YHWH, it is not because the Bible says do this or that, it is because the church, has enjoined it with the Traditions of Man and NOT Our Abba Father. My HOPE is that Others will think Strongly about this and Many other things they have been taught.

This is what the Bible says about Yeshua’s own practice at the start of His ministry. “So He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And as His CUSTOM was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath (the Seventh day NOT SUN-day) and stood up to read” (Luke 4:16). It is clear Yeshua’s regular custom was to worship on the Sabbath! What day of the week was that? Since before the time of Yeshua, and centuries before, the Jewish community has very carefully documented its observance of the seventh-day Sabbath, from sunset Friday through sunset Saturday. We know from thousands of carefully kept records that the seven-day cycle of the week has not been broken since Yeshua’s time. Those who worship on the seventh day today are worshiping on the same day Yeshua did! They are also doing what He asked them to do and that is “Follow Me”.
